(Over the holidays I spent some time reflecting on the year in web marketing. When considering best practices, a couple of themes are consistent in the numerous sites I reviewed: 1) Focus on content and apps for mobile users, 2) Adoption of video, specifically for instructional purposes, and 3) Integration of marketing campaigns and programs with CRM systems, and bridging social media with a social business strategy.
